Illness

"When I am ill, it is He who cures me."

Sakit kepala yang melampau sejak semalam. Mungkin kerana selesema yang hinggap sejak kelmarin. Sakit telinga dan kalenjar di leher mendorong ke klinik pagi tadi. Oh, Doktor kata ada jangkitan di tengah telinga, mungkin berpunca daripada air atau apa2 di dalamnya. Gegendang telinga takda apa2. Dapat obat selesema, obat titik telinga, obat batuk dan antiobiotik.

Dengan rendah diri, saya memohon agar anda yang membaca untuk mendoakan kesihatan saya. Banyak kerja tertangguh. Kalau individual takpe, ini melibatkan group member. Tidak dapat hadir juga ke group presentation E-Commerce pagi tadi. Semoga dengan sakit ini menghapus dosa yang lalu. Semoga kita ingat kepada Allah bukan hanya ketika susah, tapi juga ketika senang. Ameen. Wallahua'lam.

Teman


Ada teman selalu bersama ketika suka
Sangat sedikit yang menemani ketika duka.
Ada teman selalu mengajak bersukaria
Sangat sedikit teman mengajak ke kuliah, ceramah, talaqi etc.
Ada teman selalu ingatkan tentang assignment, kuiz, etc
Sangat sedikit teman mengingatkan tentang solat, aurat, akhlak dll.

Apakah aku punya teman, atau hakikatnya aku tidak punya sama sekali?
Atau adakah aku yang tidak layak untuk mendapatkan walau seorang teman?
Atau adakah aku bukan seorang teman yang baik?

Jogging Tips

BEFORE
1. Wear a loose and comfortable outfit. A tight one might cause difficulties for your movement.
2. Make sure your aurah is covered.
3. Choose running shoes. Casual shoes can cause injury.
4. Wear socks.
5. Evening is a suitable time for jogging (and other activities too).
6. Morning also can do.
7. Make sure no wild animals are around.
8. You can bring friend(s), but make sure they do not disturb your jog (or vice versa). Because chit-chat can be done anytime, right :P
9. Do not drink water, unless for small amount.
10. Do warming up, concentrating more on your legs.
11. Choose a suitable place.
12. Wear sunglass if it is too bright.
13. Set your time. An ideal duration is 30 minutes.
14. Say Bismillah, and any do’a to ask protection from Allah.

DURING
1. Do not speak/laugh too much while you are jogging, it might cause problem to your heart.
2. Control your breath; make sure most of it done by nose, not mouth (using mouth to breath make you to feel tired faster).
3. It is not how big your step is; it is how far you can go for once.
4. Smaller step with longer distance is better than bigger steps with stop and jog and stop and jog and stop..
5. You can vary your jog styles (slow, fast, etc).
6. You can look around but it is important to concentrate on your way.
7. Be careful when you cross the street.
8. Be aware of people/environment around you.
9. Jog until you satisfy yourself.

AFTER
1. Do cooling down.
2. Stretch your muscle a little longer.
3. Drink a lot of water.
4. Say Alhamdulillah

Kumbang Bukan Seekor


Marriage is not everything.

If it is fated that you are not meant with him, just let him go.

If it is fated that no one for you in this world, you still have your parents to take care of, to live with.

This world is temporary, you still have the forever Hereafter.

As if you will die if you are not married. :P

Still, marriage is important to complete your half Deen.

Choose the one who loves you, not the one who you love. [esp. for women]

Kepada lelaki2 di luar dan dalam sana, silalah jangan permainkan hati wanita. Kalau tak berniat, jangan disebut walaupun sekadar gurauan. Nampak je wanita2 ni kuat, gelak2, tapi hakikatnya hati depa mudah terusik. Or to be honest, some of us memang cepat perasan. So, pelisss lah ye, mind your words.

Sumai : kan aku da kata, bahaya dok suka2 kat orang. Berkurang sudah satu nama dalam list. Hahaha.
