What is Your Blood Type?

Salam semua. Hari ni nak share tentang satu buku yang saya pinjam kat library bertajuk 'Eat Right for Your Type' hasil susunan Dr. D'Adamo. A very informative book. Tentang diet bagi setiap jenis darah. Saya rasa sangat teruja bace buku ni, sebab takde orang yang taknak sihat kann :) Tapi tak ambil penuh pun. Cuma Blood Type O yang lebih sikit isi dia. (biasala kan universal donor hihi). Yang lain tu maap ye. Sebenarnya pertama-tamanya memang kena tahu apa jenis darah kita. Kalau tak, memang tak enjoy la baca benda alah ni. Benda ni tak akan dipublish sekaligus, sebab jenuh le nak membacenye yek kan. Tapi hari ini dan seterusnya akan ada satu atau lebih yang akan disentuh. Enjoyss! :)

I knew mine while doing experiment in Biology Lab at SERATA, Ipoh 6 years ago. Also when I donated my blood for the first time at DQ 3 years ago. There are several ways to know yours.
